Reminders:

We talked about this last week in Sales Meeting. When writing a business e-mail remember to think of it as a business letter. Make sure you have a greeting. Watch you spelling, your punctuation and your capitalization. All caps is shouting, and no caps makes it look like you are to lazy to hit the shift key. If the e-mail is replying to a customer, make sure you thank them for contacting you in the first place. Sign you e-mail with your name and make sure you have an e-mail signature that has all the company and your contact information in it. In other words, be a professional that others will want to do business with.

Lisa - Get Christmas Cards, calendars and HUDs ready for mail. - Working on it and making progress.

Brandy - Thanksgiving Cards & HUDs realy for mail & sell listings

Becca - Work on pre-listing kits and Christmas cards. Work on FSBOs & expireds. Sent out Thanksgiving card. Worked on FSBO prelisting kit. Finishing this week. Working 20 this week. And get HUDs.

Brandi - finish newsletter - Close something every Friday

Katie - Organize home office. Work on FSBOs & expireds. - Working on it.

Julie - Be perky everyday!! List. List. List. Sell. Sell. Sell - Listed 7 properties. Sold 1. Was pretty perky! Same Goals. plus Activities to get us signed up to handle more REO properties. Activities to sell my listings. - Add to more websites.
