Company Fee For Service Plan
We will list your house on the Mobile MLS for a fee of $550.
If someone at Port City Realty or any other real estate company sells your house you will pay Port City Realty a 3% commission at closing.
If you provide the buyer, your agent at Port City Realty will write the contract and you will pay Port City Realty only 1% at closing.
Port City Realty will put your listing on the Mobile MLS with a 2.2% payout offered to the selling broker (to be paid out of the 3% to Port City Realty at closing).
To save money, some sellers prefer to stage their own home, take their own pictures, post their own ads and/or create and print their own brochures.
For sellers who would like assistance with their marketing we offer a Menu of Additional Services.
We can refer you to a professional real estate photographer and home stager.
We will provide only the services you choose, saving you money.
Regardless of who sells your property, we will represent you, the seller, throughout the entire transaction.
We will work with you to get your property sold.
OUR GOAL IS TO NEVER BE JUST ANOTHER REAL ESTATE COMPANY.
